Peter Scaturro, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Peter Scaturro has created a menu of favorite dishes from Northern Italy with a few twists that are sure to please any palate. Celebrating his 13th anniversary with MRG, Scaturro led the team of chefs at Bertolini's Authentic Trattoria since 1999 and was selected as Executive Chef for the new TREVI.
In his position as Executive Chef, Scaturro is responsible for creating the menu and recipe development. He is also charged with hiring, ordering menu items and employee development training.
Prior to his employment with Bertolini's, Scaturro held the position of Corporate Trainer Sous Chef at Bertolini's in Washington, D.C. He was the Owner and General Manager of Scaturro's Café in Las Vegas from 1990 to 1994. Scaturro earned the 2000 "Chef of the Year" from MRG.
"My motto has always been to work hard, be honest and treat people the way you'd like to be treated," said Scaturro. "That's the way we treat our guests at TREVI."
